Tom McCann, CFP®

Tom McCann is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Managing Partner of Crestview Capital Management, a dba of Dynamic Wealth Advisors. Tom works with clients to help them both protect and grow their assets and address the various complexities that come with having wealth. His team serves clients as Fiduciaries and provides comprehensive goals-based financial planning, investment planning, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and charitable gift planning.

Prior to co-founding Crestview Capital Management in 2018, Tom was an Associate Vice President at Steel Peak Wealth and previously served on teams at Merrill Lynch, Fisher Investments, and Morgan Stanley. Tom and his business partner founded Crestview by drawing from their experiences at other firms and created what they believe is a first-class client service experience. Their vision from day one has been to serve clients as Fiduciaries, maintain an open-architecture investment platform with best-in-class solutions, and ensure none of their compensation is tied to selling funds or bank products such as loans, CDs, and credit cards.

Before entering the Wealth Management industry in 2011, Tom earned his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Management from Chapman University. In 2020, he obtained his Certificate in Financial Planning from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and thereafter obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. While in high school, he started his first business at 17 years old, washing and meticulously detailing cars after school and on weekends. He learned at a young age the importance of building relationships and money management.

Tom and his family live just outside of Thousand Oaks in an area called Santa Rosa Valley, where they have been fortunate to provide a home to rescue horses, dogs, and many other animals in need. Outside work,Tom enjoys spending time with his family and their animals, mountain biking, skiing, boating and tinkering on cars, as his wife calls it.
